A PA Department of General Services project: Scope of work includes inspection of all buildings for Hazardous Materials-Asbestos, Universal Waste-PCB/Mercury, design of Abatement Specifications and Quality Assurance services during Remediation. The buildings included a Power Plant and a Science Center with seven laboratories. Responsible for Hazardous Materials Inspections oversight. Design of Abatement Plans & Specification, Abatement Monitoring and generation of all reports. Estimation of Abatement costs.
